when i got my ears pierced a couple years ago, i noticed that the piercer put used earrings that was thicker in the lobe part than a normal earring. when i took those out after the three months, i couldn't even tell. actually i just realized that one earring was a little thicker than the other one, and again, after i switched them out for normal ones, i couldn't tell at all.

I had to read this a few times, and am still hoping you just forget to take a word out, instead of the piercer using "used" earrings...
