Your good ol' depression and anxiety. My family has a host of mental problems. Some of the shit that goes way back with past relatives that my mom likes to talk about on car rides makes me go bug-eyed.

To be precise, seasonal affective disorder is one thing for me. This winter has been really, reaaaaaaally shitty. I bought myself a happy light though and that's helped surprisingly more than I thought it would.

Unfortunately, my family is kinda anti-medication. Not because they don't believe it works. My mom's been on meds for years. Just a lot of them have had terrible experience with doctors, hospitals, therapists, etc, all that shit. So they tend to be biased.

That, and I have strong reactions to even just weak drugs. So that doesn't help. I hope to change that soon though. *crosses fingers*

Oh and chronic pain. Honestly, I think I hate this the most. I can dissociate myself from things that can make my anxiety and depression spike. Can't exactly dissociate from pain just as easily.
