I have aspergers and anxiety. It's been a long road, but generally when I've had problems I just come off as obnoxious, not necessarily troubled as I was growing up. And so it's pretty easy to hide, but not so easy to explain what I have difficulty with. But I'm proud of the fact that I can blend in fairly well. It's not a big deal. I don't like to make it a big deal, unless there's a way that bringing it up helps me to help others in the same boat to understand their emotions. I always get frustrated when I see people using it as an excuse.
