There's always the classing When Harry Met Sally. It's one of the few, maybe only, romcoms I like.

I've looked up When Harry Met Sally before and I didn't really think I'd like it (I hate it the part in movies when the couple breaks up and this one sounds especially awkward/painful), but I'll check it out when I can if you say you like it (I trust f!s' judgement, God knows why). Thanks!

Well, I view it pretty heavy through nostalgia glasses, because it's something my mom watched a lot when I was growing up. But it's not terribly overwrought like some of them get, just a friendship > on-and-off-again > actual love. It's sweet.

Also, the diner scene is always hilarious. I hope you enjoy it!
