Bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, PTSD to the point of occasional panic attacks, I suspect OCD (gonna bring it up with the new shrink), TMJ (temporal-mandibular joint disorder) which has led to some nerve damage and pain (thankfully I haven't had a flare-up recently), migraines, and one leg shorter than the other, which leads to lower back pain.

Yeah, I'm a mess.
