Thirding While You Were Sleeping. It's gorgeous and silly and super sweet and I haven't met anyone who hasn't seen it who hasn't liked it.

Otherwise, my faves include Hope Floats (another Sandra Bullock one, more rom-drama than comedy but very sweet at the end), The Lake House (another serious one with Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves but it is WORTH IT), You've Got Mail (oh my god, so good, especially if you like people falling in love when they think they hate each other), Sabrina (haven't seen the original but the remake with Harrison Ford is rather lovely), My Big Fat Greek Wedding (so good and lovely and funny, really), 27 Dresses (ridiculous but very sweet), and if you don't mind some old people in your romantic comedies (I personally love it), I also enjoyed Something's Gotta Give.

Also, if you don't mind black and white classics: Some Like It Hot and the Apartment, The Shop Around The Corner (has the same plot as You've Got Mail), and It Happened One Night were all romcoms I particularly enjoyed.

I forgot one of my favourite subgenres of romantic comedies - the high school romantic comedy! If you're okay with romcoms set in high schools, you should definitely check out Never Been Kissed (this one is at least about an adult pretending to be a high schooler getting with a teacher, but in a non skeevy way), Clueless, Ten Things I Hate About You (though it would be pretty surprising if you hadn't see those last two), Drive Me Crazy (super delightful), and She's The Man (Amanda Byrne at her best and young Channing Tatum). And Easy A should just be watched anyway because it has a fab script and is great on a bajillion levels.
