Have you tried the GTS? I got dex entries for all the legendaries I didn't have on my X by putting up pseudo-legendaries like Larvitar, and high-leveled, EV-trained Pokemon. I can look through my bank for some spare legendaries I might have lying around too if you want? I know I have a spare Cresselia that I got from the GTS, but it's not Hoenn-born if that bothers you.

I'm assuming you're trying to get a full living dex? I have to tip my hat to that, I only finished my Hoenn dex on AS to get the Oval Charm and even then I did temp trades for the ones I was missing.

I wouldn't mind getting legendaries from other places if they were offered but if I end up putting all that work into it then I'll just be even happier when I finish my pokedex. Besides I still have to finish playing through Diamond, White 2, and Alpha Sapphire for the first time so I might as well transfer over those legendaries after I get them.

I only got back into Pokemon when I got X, so I've only been playing all the games I missed in the last couple year or so.

Well between Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby, every single legendary not released in XY can be caught from there and there are only a few version exclusives between OR and AS (off the top of my head, if you only have X and AS, you can't get: Yveltal, Thundurus, Kyogre, Ho-Oh, Reshiram), so you'd be covered right there. Good luck finishing the dex!
