If you think it's worth it (and there are a lot of legendaries so unless you've caught most of it, I think you'll find that it is), you could go and catch a Shroomish from Petalburg forest, train it until it's level 40 to get Spore, then let it level up and teach it False Swipe. Level it up until it's at least lv. 70 (100 is best but it depends on your stamina) and now you have a Pokemon that can reliably put legendaries to sleep and put them down to 1 HP for you to throw Pokeballs at :D
