I think you're right. The math surrounding his age doesn't line up for his supposed parentage, and his capabilities in the game are equal to those of the game constructs, players, and Guardians even though he's supposedly a natural-born human (of Guardian lineage?). There's something bizarre about him even by Homestuck standards.
