I think that lb_lee has the right aproach. Doctors = employees. You have the right to chose the best specialist and make sure they do their job -if- they don't don't do it, and are therefore untrustworthy.

I'm surprised at your reaction here. Are you a doctor, a patient or both? Being a doctor's friend is a relevent expierence now. Ok.
