Is it okay for cats to eat flies? I always half-heartedly scold mine, but am mostly just secretly pleased that she's taking care of the bugs because I hate dealing with them, either alive or dead. It's like, protein or something, right? Or are they covered in germs, I have no idea.

I doubt it's anymore dangerous than a cats natural diet. I would definitely not let her eat spiders, or things that sting though.
