AYRT (because I didn't realise I wasn't logged in).

He says, "Miss Dashwood?!"

And she says she needs a doctor for Marianne.

Then he says something like, "Oh, yes, of course."

And the next morning he offers to stay with her in case he can help.

I never pegged that moment where he thought she was there to seduce him. EVER. The rest I got (including the whole he's a good person driven to cynicism by his marriage thing).

Mind = blown. And heck, it''s a good excuse for a rewatch of a film I love. :)
