Everyone who is anti-science or uses pseudo-science to justify an unscientific viewpoint -- such as vaxxers, or climate change denialists, or Republicans voting on women's issues.

to be fair, the other side is often really guilty of strawmanning, but no one calls them out on it because they're technicallyright

People arguing in favor of vaccinations or women's rights or what-have-you often make really shitty arguments in favor of those views, but it's easy to overlook because they happen to be arguing in favor of the correct side.
