What other people already commented, I think they just reach for the easy market, easy identifying (when mostly everything in porn is big-titted so making it -not- would be too strange) and widest audience, where unfortunately big boobs are the cool and more sexual thing. And this isn't just for porn.

I feel kinda bad because I like all body shapes and would love artists to be creative and different. But it's all a marketing thing, they're afraid that if they shift to another norm, it won't be in demand anymore. And I'm sure many 'viewers' would agree that they're more comfortable with big breasts - it's what they're used to and what's considered ideal.
