If you're my employer, you use it as punishment.

(Seriously. There's a five-foot stuffed Olaf that we cannot sell, because it's five feet tall and $75 on rock-bottom 'please take this thing or we will burn it in the parking lot' clerance, and the latest 'thing' from Management is that if a supervisor catches you ignoring a customer you have to do a lap around the store carrying Olaf.)

It's kinda counter-productive in practice -- the point is that you're supposed to go around the store greeting every customer you see while carrying this giant badge of shame so it gets drilled into you, but it just means that your department is understaffed for however long it takes you to drag this ridiculously heavy thing around -- but it's certainly memorable enough that it will probably work on the people who need a reminder.
