The situation all in all was ugly and complicated. Anette was pregnant and had been hiding it for a while, which is an utterly stupid thing when you're in the middle of a huge world tour that had already been taxing on her health. The tour was also at a point where cancelling or postponing the rest of it would have been disastrous (let's remember it's not just the guys but the stagehands, promotors, venue staff etc. etc. it would have affected) so some solution had to be found. Anette has admitted she initially agreed to a temporary replacement, but when Floor's name came up she tried to back off from the plan because she was (justifiably) afraid Floor would outshine her, leading to the heavy arguments that eventually led to her departure.
Now, I completely support any woman's decision to have or not to have babies whenever they feel like it. But in music business and show business overall? Getting pregnant in the middle of a tour/production/etc. (especially when you've been known to have health problems anyway) is not a smart thing to do. In most cases? You *will* be replaced until you're able to resume your duties. Anette was always a little naive when it came to the realities of the job and the business she entered, and if she thought canceling the tour right in the middle of it was ever an option, she definitely didn't think things through. And she obviously wouldn't have been able to do the South American and Australian tour legs in her condition.
So yeah, maybe the guys did some decisions behind her back as well, but they too were in a spectacularly shitty situation. If Floor hadn't been available, the whole thing would have crashed and burned.
