I hate the ones who rate the product one star on Amazon, because there was something wrong with the order itself (it didn't come, it came slow, packaging was damaged, etc).

I was going to say the same thing. I look at the one-stars on products and so many of them mark down the product because of shipping issues. There's a rating system for shipping for that. I wish more people would realize that.

Yeah, it makes sense for electrical equipment, but not for books or movies.
