Words I have used when describing genitals in fiction:

Cock, dick, member, erection, hard on, shaft, head, tip, slit, balls, crack, ass, asshole, hole, entrance, pussy, cunt, clit, hood, sheath/sheathed...

Depends on how graphic something is meant to be. I've written things that have ranged from vague to outright filth, and the word choice (as well as how much effort goes into describing particular shapes/colors/odours/tastes of various body parts) pretty much mirrors how explicit something is meant to be.
