Who is the "establishment"? And, under this definition, who is rock n' roll? Kanye West, like any popular mainstream artist, has to cater to a mass audience to maintain his career.
He has his own successful record label at least, which gives him more freedom than other mainstream artists.
Just because you have a guitar and like partying doesn't mean you are giving the finger to the establishment
