I don't like anything metaphory/flowery (chocolate starfish lolololahol) or overly vague (he slid his passion into her sex whaaaaat). I also don't like anything that sounds too silly on the ears, like boobs, or clinical, like scrotum. However, I'm pretty flexible about what a character is saying out loud, because how they dirty talk can be funny and/or awesomely in character.
