Pregnant women in the mid trimesters are smug, tiredness comes with late trimester. In the mid trimesters when they are noticeably preggers but not tired out by it yet, they've got the whole "Imma gonna bring a magical life" crap like they are doing the world a favor by giving birth and are the most important thing in it.

Get over yourself. For three months out of their entire lives, they get to feel special, like they're doing something amazing - and fuck you, it is amazing, the most amazing thing in the world when it's wanted and welcomed and embraced. If you don't like it, don't look at them.
