YES! Holy gods.

And why am i finding all these fics where Ian is an adult, in the army, and Mickey is like...sixteen? WHAA?? Or, even worse, weird au fic where they're living in a pretty little house with good jobs and cute neighbors and their kid is cute and smart and everything is just so Leave it to Beaver it makes my teeth hurt.
