Ooo, Dick, Helena AND Midnighter? That sounds good.

I haven't read anything from the new 52 (and I haven't exactly read the majority of DC's old stuff either) so I'd probably be lost, but maybe in the future. The art sure is pretty.

You wouldn't. I'm pretty new to DC, this was the first New 52 title I read and it makes sense on its own. And the regular artist is amazing.

That's good to hear! Since the reboot the individual titles should make sense on their own, but I was worried this was one of those series with a bunch of crossovers or strong ties to a larger plot. I'll try to check it out.

Midnighter actually plays a fairly big part in the first arc (and Helena is 2nd lead, anyway)! And Seeley used to work on Wildcats/Authority for Wildstorm, so he and the character go way back, sorta. This (http://i.imgur.com/1kbRznp.jpg) panel from Grayson became a little famous, maybe you've seen it!

I've been following the reboot though, so I can't judge how easy it is to jump in. It does turn a fresh page though.

Yes, I actually have seen that panel! (Only that panel, but it's hilarious and extremely IC.)

I didn't know anyone from the old Authority crew was working on it...that gives me more incentive. And Helena being a 2nd lead is pretty incredible as well; I'll try to give it a shot.
