Re: Hobbit

To me, it seems that the Hobbit fandom has latched onto Dis the way the MCU fandom latched onto Darcy.

They're blank slate characters that no one can tell them they're writing badly and can stand in as perfect self insert fodder, allowing the author do do everything they want to under the disguise of canon, from battling with the Five Armies to dating every eligible bachelor in the Avengers Tower.
