I'm going to guess there's a lot of shooting and death involved, and that it's hot. This is not exactly unusual to me, so I can see where you're coming from.

Same here. I never found Colin Firth attractive before (and I still don't when I see him in other roles now), but he was so hot in that entire movie and especially in that scene. Between the suits and the ass-kicking, he was irresistible.

I still don't see what it is about his face that makes people swoon, though.

For me it was that scene in Pride and Prejudice where Elizabeth is playing the piano and he's just sitting and listening to it. The conversation is happening around him and he's not saying a word, but his entire heart is revealed in his eyes at that moment. It's such a moment of breathtaking intimacy that it still gets me even after multiple viewings.

But I will definitely watch this movie, too. :)

Holy shit. That's ... I think that's one of the most amazing melee action scenes I've ever seen in my life. Seriously. There's enough action to fill two hours inside four minutes in there.

I cannot get over Firth's line in that scene.
