How tall are you?

I have a thing for dudes who are smaller. Don't have to be smaller than me, but it'd be interesting. It would be unlikely though since I'm 5'3". Guy I'm dating right now is 5'4" and I love it. He's honestly one of the shortest guys I've known. (Fully grown, I mean. Sometimes even guys in their early 20s grow some more but this guy is 26.)

I fail to see how all of that = inevitably boring. Is this another one of those weird assumptions that if a person cares about making their characters diverse then that's obviously all they care about at the expense of a good story? That it's impossible to juggle several goals when writing a story?
