i wonder if people who are waaay younger than their partner (especially if their partner consistently dates way younger) i wonder if they ever feel disposable, i mean one of the main things that is probably attracting them is your youth, that runs out then youre out!

Yeah, when I heard Stephen Fry was getting married I though, oh that's nice, he's been with his partner for what, ten years or so. But no, he broke up with that guy and dated a 27-year-old for five minutes. OTOH, it's kind of nice that married gay couples can have creepy age differences too, not just Woody Allen anymore.

I can't look at them and not think of One Direction, lol. That hair is very silly and makes him look even younger than he is. I also wonder why people keep calling Douglas by his cutesy nickname when he was such an ugly person in every way that counted. There's no reason to remember him with a term of endearment.

I'd gather the reason is that when you say Bosie, you don't even need to specify who you're talking about.
While there's been a bazillion of Douglas in the world.

Even knowing the story and having read quite a lot about Oscar Wilde, I didn't get OP was talking about him until I got to the Bosie part, and even then it took me 2 seconds to remember who it was.
(not Brit or US so I was first wondering if it was a reference to some show I didn't know, and then it clicked)

he's a bit young but he could be very mature for his age, I don't know much about what he's like, but as long as he and Stephen are happy who cares about the age difference?
