Question: is Dust a major superhero?

Aw, poor Dust. I read something with her in it, and she just seemed to get treated pretty badly. That was like ten years ago though.

I loved Dust. :( She was so cute with Icarus. But she's a relatively minor character and her characterization was all over the place.
