(Anonymous) 2015-02-21 09:59 pm (UTC)(link)One thing that I often wonder about is how much of this comes down to basic personality traits. Like, I'm a person who is generally not a fan of conflict. There are definitely times when it's necessary, but to me, conflict is something that should be minimalized through reasonableness. But I know that there's people for whom it's almost totally the opposite, which I don't understand, but you have to acknowledge. And I honestly wonder how much of things like this can be reduced to personality differences like that one.
