Let's face it, any technology with a metallic basis is at a disadvantage against Magneto. If someone wants robots that aren't vulnerable to him, they're looking at programmable biotech, magical constructs, plastic/polymer/ceramic/crystal based technology, or at the very least largely non-ferrous metal bots with long-distance non-metallic weaponry like lasers or plasma weapons. For humans, some combination of ceramics, plastics and non-ferrous conductors might be possible? Biotech is increasingly more likely, especially in his universe, and things like magical golems are always an option. If the robots are alien in origin, he could be looking at anything.

Alternately, you could have robots that are capable of generating and/or manipulating electromagnetic fields themselves, in preemptive defense. Aren't there some continuities of Gundam that can do that? Transformers, too, I think.

Most robots are screwed though, yes. The Terminator movies are unlikely to happen in any universe with Magneto in.

Assuming Magneto manipulates magnetic fields (which is unclear in the comics) it's conceivable that any active electrical conductor is potentially vulnerable. Of course that depends on whether Magneto can figure out how to manipulate that.
