UGHHHH this lady on my facebook said that she doesn't want to hear what scientists or doctors or people who lived before the measles vaccine have to say about the recent outbreak, only "people who live in the modern day who had measles and got over it, if they think the vaccine would be justified." I tried arguing with her using actual scientific data but apparently conspiracy theory blogs are more compelling to her. Also she and her 4 (presumably unvaccinated) children spend a crapload of time around this other family I know who JUST had a new baby, so that's just grand. Also I can't unfriend or block her because she WILL find out and be offended. It's really weird because I would never have pegged her for an anti-modern medicine nut but suddenly all this anti-vaxx stuff is appearing.

If her posts annoy you you can unsubscribe...

That's so frustrating, though. It's so sad when people with kids do it and you know their kids are in danger. :(

Is there a problem with offending her? (I offend people all the time, and it works out surprisingly well.)

She is one of those people who will claim not to be offended and then spend forever making their displeasure known in small passive ways.
