Every seemingly ordinary main character does not have to turn out to be secret lost royalty or someone else super important. Unless that's the plot of the story, I'm sick of it.

I see this a lot in fanfiction, less so in mainstream media. At least, never when it isn't the whole plot of the movie (Princess Diaries).
