I'm watching your face as it twists and transforms, the black rims becoming ever more apparent as time slips away into the moist, gaping chasm of the galactic owlbear. Soon the kohl will sink into your upper and lower eyelids and seep out to cover your lashes, until you become one with the gyrating ribosomes of Their Eternal Plain. They have longed for the day when women would naturally come to have the black rimmed eyes, and now it shall be so, with you as the progenitor.

The flapping of wings and the grating of claws are not to be feared, it is the right and true sound of the beast that turns the universe. It presides over the black hole at the center of all things and reaches out with its feathered paw to touch the ones who are to become the firsts of the new races. There are others, the ones with the ape-like but evolved and functional appendages, and the glowing green bellies, and the ovipositor mouths. The owlbear sings to them in its hooting growl, which you have heard, though you did not know. The sound will become the guiding force as you spread out through all the worlds and bring to them the gift of the natural kohl.

They will welcome you home, and into the wings you will be brought, and shielded from the churning chaos of the hole.
