Not a typical "happy show", but when I feel down I watch a couple of episodes of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and I always feel a lot better.

I also like to watch reality shows (like "Top Model" or "The Amazing Race") to just give my brain a break.

If you like funny musicals then I recommend Galavant. It's very silly and makes me laugh.

I find the show "Go on" extremely therapeutic. Not just because it's funny but because it's a story about group therapy and moving on and I don't know, I always feel good when I watch it (still sad it was canceled.)

Other comedies that make me laugh: Better off Ted, Brooklyn 99, Parks & Rec, 30 rock, Happy Endings.

If you're feeling more in the mood for cynical comedy: The Thick of It, It's Always Sunny, The League

I love the 1995 Pride and Prejudice mini series, just because it's mostly happy and beautiful with a sweet ending.
