I have a very intense work-out tomorrow, some upper-body exercises and then a 5 mile run. I'm not a big fan of it normally, but I am downright dreading it tomorrow since I'm still kinda sick and keep coughing hard enough to puke and sound like I'm hacking up a lung. ):

What's worse is that what we're doing tomorrow is the condensed version of what we're doing in a few weeks. UBRR, the Upper Body Round Robin. It's the fucking Special Forces PT test, and I can't even pass my APFT. D:

Ugh, that sounds horrible. I guess you can't get out of it because of being sick?

Short of losing consciousness or dying, nope.
