How much of your core personality and beliefs changed?

I'm a lot less "edgy" and a lot more live-and-let-live than I was as a teenager, but I think I still value most of the same things. I really can't see a possible future where I grow into, say, someone who agrees with the parents in Disney movies.

From childhood? High school?

I think I've been more or less the same person my whole life. It's just weird to think about, because obviously I know more now and I've had different experiences, but I feel like I've previously been a smaller version of big me.

Everyone who knew me when I was younger confirms this though, so I'm not that crazy.

I'm completely different. As a kid, at least a lot of the time your views mirror your parents because that is what you know. So when I was younger I was conservative and considered myself Republican because that's what my parents were. Went to college, got an education and saw more of the world and outside what I'd seen as a kid, and started moving to the left. Have ended up very left, pretty radical and socialist. Not sure whether the socialism or the bisexuality would freak my parents out more.

I've mentioned it before but I used to be a fundie who believed in creationism and that homosexuality was a sin. Now I'm a gay biology student.

I was never a fire and brimstone type who went around feeling satisfied that everyone else was wrong and going to hell though. I've always taken the not judging thing to heart as well as the do unto others thingy, and that's still a big part of me.

I was also always at odds with the rest of the politics that tend to go along with fundamentalist Christianity and still am. So maybe I haven't changed all that much.

Oh! I used to get angry and frustrated so easily. I laugh thinking about it now. Things just don't really get to me so much anymore.

Actually not that many.

I became less optimistic, more morally grey in some ways, but I'm surprisingly consistent in core beliefs. like, I had some as young as 6, that I remember.

All of them, technically. There was a time when I spent most of my time shitting myself and sucking on breasts, and believed that things stopped existing when I couldn't see them anymore.
