I do actually think that Pakistan and India are possible exceptions to this, because there's a non-zero chance that their governments actually are totally fucking insane.

But, yeah. Other than that, doomsday scenarios are exceedingly unlikely.

Towards each other, maybe.

The hate between Pakistan and India is quite legendary.

But when it comes to conflicts not directly involving their own countries (such as Russia invading a neighbor), I don't think they're crazy enough to get involved.
