Probably because the female cast is part of the gay. Almost everyone in that game is part of the gay! (And I mean, Adrian...really though.)

I know, but that kind of made it sadder. He obviously loved the boy a whole lot; through entire game, I was just hoping the two had a happy ending, girl be damned. The fact that Agro dragged his crippled ass all the way back to the temple, only to find his master unrecognizable...T_T

I played T&T first, although to be fair, I was spoiled for the others. I still greatly enjoyed it and went back to play JFA (like the OP, I can't find the original for looking). I still wish I'd gone in order, though.
