Yes. The guy that I actually burst out laughing because his picture in wikipedia is so fucking rediculous. i mean, excited sincere smile... flowing hair in the wind.... sparklies.... XDD i lolled.

And he's actually like that in the series, too, which is the best part. And he does strange wibble dances and cries and runs around and is generally ridiculous. In the novels, he's a lot more serious and we do see that side of him sometimes in the anime, but in the anime he's mostly comic relief (so far, anyway.)
BUT IT'S GOOD COMIC RELIEF SO YOU KNOW WHAT? I'M CONTENT. :DDD
