It is. That's why my friends and I left and moved to DW. This format is so, SO much better for it, the people here tend to be more mature in general, the organization is a million times better, and most importantly, games and RP groups here have mods.

Mods are the best thing about any community ever, and the lack of them is one of the worst things about tumblr. Not that you can't have shitty mods, but seriously. It's impossible to keep things sane on tumblr.
