Yo this. It kinda annoys me when people like OP think superhero movies need to be as bleak and dark as possible for it to be "good."
Like lol have you guys actually SEEN any superhero comics. For the most part, they're hilariously and enjoyably dumb.
I understand making some parts of a movie more realistic and depressing is needed (like in Cap 2 and a few parts in the Avengers) but making the whole movie edgy and pessimistic is kinda a buzzkill imo.
