I'm asexual and no, S class yuri is totally a thing that is sort of a problem? It's about maintaining the purity of women while still giving guys fap material, and that's kind of shit. It's not about 'asexual representation'. If there were yuri of all kinds, both sexual and non-sexual, S class would be fine, but that's almost all there is anime wise, so yeah it's a problem.
