(Anonymous) 2015-03-03 09:34 pm (UTC)(link)And no matter how you look at it, the Disney animations predate the existence of this character by FORTY YEARS: the first animation being "Blustery Day" (1968); Lottie the Otter was created by David Benedictus in "Return to the Hundred-Acre Wood" (2009). Surely you can understand why an anon would think a new character had been introduced via animation rather than print.
