Milliways management regret to advise you that visits to the Total Perspective Vortex can only be booked after your visit to the universe's final demise. This is due to the amount of cancelled sittings due to the total implosion of consciousness experienced by patrons which has led to cancellations at short notice. Milliways management will, however, be happy to arrange a post armageddon trip to the TPV for you should you wish to top off the destruction of the universe (two sittings daily) with an experience of complete futility. All payments in advance, no refunds.

Oh, the management needn't worry. I have several associates who would be more than happy to fill the booking should something irreparable happen to my ego pre-armageddon. I assure you, Milliways would suffer no loss of revenue were they to indulge my little pecadillo with a reversal of booking order.

Though perhaps I might prefer a triple bill, to ensure there's no potential loss of experience. If there are two sittings for the destruction of the universe daily, perhaps I might book both, with the TVP in between? Armageddon first, then, thus armoured by the knowledge of universal as well as personal futility, an exploration of the universe and my place in it, and finally, always provided my consciousness survives, one last glory in the end of all things. I think that should provide a thoroughly comprehensive experience, don't you? If my associates would agree to fill the second sitting in my name should the unfortunate happen, does the management think that might be arranged?

And darling, Milliways is always the first and only choice. There's simply no matching it for style.
