That sounds like something I'd like to hit up with balsamic, but it might ruin the color a tad.

When I serve it, I don't put dressing on top, rather we put several dressings next to it so that the appearance looks pretty but everyone can individually choose what they want on it.

Balsamic does go good with it. I also substitute tomatoes or leave out the blueberries, depending on what I have at home.

You should try white balsamic! It's colourless and, IMO, tastes even better than its dark counterpart.
