grape tomatoes
Swiss or feta (or both)
any leftover meat from previous meal, slivered
Whatever veggies are to hand roma tomatoes, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, etc.
Canned whole olives
juice of one whole, fresh lemon, to 1/3 part olive oil, emulsified add S&P to taste (or not)
mix everything listed
eat
????
