My favorite chicken salad recipe, although I halve the lemon juice or it overwhelms everything.

That definitely sounds like a more interesting version of chicken salad. I would be way more likely to eat a mayonnaise-based salad like that rather than the usual "slap a cup of mayo on it" stuff.
