I agree with looking around for comparable prices, and if you do set it too high, worst thing that happens is it doesn't sell, so lower the price and try again.

I can say that I probably wouldn't pay a "decent price" for used clothes from the 90s. Depends on what you mean by decent price I guess but considering it's possible to get new clothes for cheap, I don't think I'd ever pay more than a couple bucks for used things unless they were extremely high quality. But hey, doesn't hurt to try and see if there are any takers, just be sure to be honest with your product description.
