I've been an ebay seller for years, and the only thing I can add that I don't think anyone else might have told you is that there are a ton of scammers out there, so be careful. Ebay has changed its policies in recent years to be less pro-seller, more pro-buyer (in other words, if something turns into an issue, they're going to take the buyer's side, even if the buyer ripped you off) so bear that in mind. You can't even leave negative feedback for buyers anymore.

But yeah, what everyone else said: price things around the same price everyone else is selling at, but also, consider the absolute minimum you'd be willing to let it go for, and set your initial price well above that. That way you have some room to negotiate, or reduce prices later if it doesn't sell (oftentimes buyers will watch items they think are slightly too expensive and buy if there's a price drop.)
