Outside of Night Watch, which is kind of in its own category, I would say The Fifth Elephant, Feet of Clay, and Maskerade.

Fifth Elephant and Feet of Clay are great because they're really enjoyable as mysteries as well as fantasy comedy light humor books. And, I mean, Vimes is the best character, the Watch is the best group, they're just awesome books.

And Maskerade is great, I think, just because the collision between the Witches and Ankh-Morpork is so excellent.
